Catherine is a university qualified nutritionist (Charles Sturt University), Post-graduate Nutrition researcher (The Australian National University), Science writer, Blogger, Youtube science communicator, gardener, gastronome and passionate cook.
Her work focuses on the importance of re-connecting with our food sources, both through heirloom growing and seed-saving, and through developing our personal, intuitive, pleasure-based consumption narratives.
